Iceland goes to the polls tomorrow and, according to this Reuters piece, the caretaker government is likely to be brought back. It is made up of the Social Democrats and the Left-Green Movement.

I'm happy that the Icelanders will at least be able to keep out of the clutches of the EU. Since fishing is a major part of their economy, joining the CFP really would have been national suicide.

My Icelandic is a bit rusty, but the "fokking fokk" on the placard seems clear enough.
