Nick Herbert, the Tory Defra spokesman, said the Government should be offering incentives to make sure people sort recycling rather than punishing people.
“The public must have confidence that recycling makes a difference,” he said. “But the Government’s whole approach to waste is flawed.
"They need to stop punishing families with proposed bin taxes and start making it easier and more rewarding for people to recycle in an environmentally sound way.”
There are 635 assorted dolts hanging around Westminster, with damn all to do, plus thousands more equally useless hangers on, maybe we should try and teach them how to wash and iron our rubbish.....
