The Register has pulled off a coup, translating the work of a group of key Japanese climate scientists, who are somewhat less than impressed with the work of the IPCC. Their findings have been published by the Japan Society of Energy and Resources (JSER). Lead author is Kanya Kusano, Program Director and Group Leader for the Earth Simulator at the Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science & Technology (JAMSTEC).

Another important article which has not recived much attention but was delivered to Hasan Obama before the election can be found at;
http://www.spaceandscience.net/id16.html
if enough of these people get published the idot politicians will have to change the music sheet.

Great. :lol: If Hansen has a go at these excellent Nips we can call him a racist.

[The IPCC's] conclusion that from now on atmospheric temperatures are likely to show a continuous, monotonous increase, should be perceived as an unprovable hypothesis.

Good man. Just one thing: easy mistake but the word he was probabary rooking for was monotonic, not monotonous.

I will read the report but it comes as no surprise when 75% of the Earth's surface, the oceans which are a significant influence on our climate, are represented in climate models by not much more than a bucket of water. A step nearer the truth at last?

Oddly enough BBC breakfast on BBC1 yesterday (25/02/09) ignored this and went with the Antartica warming, we're even more doomed than we thought, story. A whole load of ministers from various countries were flown into Antartica and saw for themselves first hand. Sadly the BBC lies will be seen by more people than The Register article, but at least chinks of light are starting to peek through.

A first class scientific article and well worth reading and should be compulsory for all our politicians.
