Different dogs, same trick

Unable to defeat Israel, and knowing that an all-out, unrestrained military operations would destroy them, first Hezbollah and now Hamas have been employing the same stratagem to enable them two pursue their terror campaigns yet avoid annihilation.

The stratagem was perhaps discovered by accident in April 1996 when a UN-supervised building in the centre of the village of Qana had been shelled during an Israeli operation code-named "Grapes of Wrath, aimed at clearing out Hezbollah from the region. This had resulted in over 100 civilian deaths, the resulting international pressure precipitating the withdrawal of Israeli forces from Lebanon.

How odd, the guy in your photo has the same glasses as Green Helmet, must be Palestinian Health Service standard.

The Gazans collectively seem to be of the opinion that it is better to kill their children than to accept the existence of Israel. This is religious fervor, spurred on by phony political rhetoric. I say phony because I don't think the Gazan leaders or those who voted for them actually want a political solution, they are wedded to the destruction of Israel, however many children they kill in the process.Golda Meir said there will not be peace until they love their children more than they hate the Israeli's children. As martyrdom of chidren is seen as entirely desirable in Islam, that'll be never.

I'd like to raise the Paliwood threat level:

The BBC since yesterday has a video on their website that is titled 'Aftermath of Gaza school air strike '

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/7814192.stm

Yesterday it was completely uncommented.

It shows - that is the suggestion - the immediate aftermath of the 'school air strike' in which allegedly 30 died.

In fact the video shows nothing but tossing around (and in strange directions) bodies. Take a look at it.

The same scene in a longer video from Sky News:

This inability to deceive is largely the result of the efforts of EUreferenedum and LGF. Also, the behavior of the media in 2008 vis-a-vis the US presidential election has caused many readers, listeners, and viewers to shy away. Fool me once and all that. Most consumers of CNN, NBC, AP, Reuters, and NY Times "news" reports these days are simply looking for red meat. The fair-minded have long since departed, which is why audience numbers have plummeted.

Another little-noted point is that the anti-Isarel demonstrations in Western cities are much smaller and much more Muslim in character than in 2006. In fact, the rallies seem to have dispensed with the normal left-wing themes altogether and have become much more religious in nature (chants of "Allahu Akbar", prayers in the street, openly anti-Semitic ravings). That behavior certainly hasn't garnered much sympathy for Hamas. Hard to identify with religious fanatics chanting for the destruction of Israel. People have probably begun to wonder: am I next?

France 2 (responsible for the Mohammed Al-Dura canard) admits to a "mistake".

http://www.haaretz.com/hasen/spages/1053225.html

It seems that the civilians allegedly killed by Israelis were actually civilians killed in 2005 when Hamas accidentally detonated some explosives in a refugee camp. Still, the fact that this time they were forced to admit is progress.

I wonder if any stringers accidentally got footage of the kids being taken out of the ambulances,... on arrival.

As many others have said, no wonder the Jordanians kicked the Palli's out, they are the lowest form of human life.

Calling you dogs is an offense to those poor animals (the dogs). Just leave our land and get the hell back to Britain who had sent you out on a dirty occupation mission in our countries. One cannot discuss with lesser creatures like all of you here on this blog. Go read history to see where you come from and where you should be, or maybe it is hard for you since few of you can trace their family tree anyhow.
This person is desperately seeking attention and attempting to disrupt the thread. OT(T) replies to this get similar treatment

OT, but Russia has now shut all of the gas to Europe, via Ukraine.

The EU is now learning, that Soft Power = No Power.

A Real Human Being, eh? A sadly stupid, ignorant and illiterate one but human beings come in all shapes and sizes. This one is definitely the crummy moronic type, as Groucho Marx said in "A Day at the Races".

F.U.
I shall be blogging on Russia in the very near future (hours rather than days) as there are some interesting stories there. One wonders why the Russians are shutting down the gas flow. Could this be the solution to the conundrum posed by the fact that production has been decreasing: do you fulfil your foreign obligations or keep your population quiet?
