Wasn't this one the EU was supposed to have sorted out? After their last stunning success, when they really impressed the natives, we'd better send for the European Army again.

There seems to be alot of discussions going on and very little direct action.A naming and shaming of EU member states refusing to help would be a start, as I could not identify any from this article or links.

With the capital, Kinsasha, now at the mercy of the rebels and bearing in mind the past history of Hutu/Tutsi conflicts in the region,it appears "calls for restraint" are unlikey to be enough to stop what could be another massacre. Are we to turn away again?

If so, we should like to know which "brave" EU countries are willing to allow a repeat of the Rwandan tragedy
