We've known this for years. Actually though, on the substantive point, the infestation is being blamed on "neglect at the building".

As a rule of thumb, though, you can say with almost complete confidence that, if you have an urban rat problem, there is a drain or sewer defect. This should not be happening. Read what I said about it in 2008 - just as relevant now.

So what else is new? Isn't the vast majority of BBC programming overwhelming evidence of a sewer defect?

I am flabbergasted. They are infested with rats and don't blame it on Global Warming.

That's what I call a missed opportunity.

Give them time - they're not that bright, you know.

Poor old BBC, a sewer defect to add to all their other troubles. My heart goes out to them.

Yeah, here you have it again.
No sorrow, mishap or natural event remains unrelated to CAGW. CAGW rules MSM and our increasingly paranoid political establishment, their well paid "scientific" henchmen, banksters, profiteers, opportunists, do-gooders and traitors to their own civilization jeopardizing the lives and prospertity of millions.

Screw them all.

Surely this is a case for the RSPCA? Poor rats, having to live alongside the treacherous scum employed by the BBC.

Arrgh!! The rats are drinking all our water! That explains the water shortage as well...

Incidentally, has anyone seen a 'peak water' scare yet? When we will have drunk all the water in the world and there will be no more left? It'll come. I was wondering if I could get it into one of the less scientifically minded magazines - 'Greenpeace Quarterly', or maybe 'Nature'....

I know that this piece of writing is very serious indeed: Not least because of the risk of weils disease getting out of control. I have witnessed such an event in Norfolk. But there is a bright side: With so many rats at the Beeb the quality and the honesty of its output might improve substantially.

Otherwise they will have to rat on each other.

I see last night's Horizon has not done much for the Beeb's reputation. You would think they could drag up someone with a bit more credibility than Katharine Hayhoe.
