Today Lampedusa, the tiny Italian-owned island ... some tens of thousands of Tunisians who have fled their own country – with possibly more Libyans to follow. Having necessarily developed a robust approach to unwanted immigrants, though, the Italians encourage these people to move on, and they all know which is the softest touch in Europe.

Yet our administration, which is progressively clamping down on immigration and work visas from recklessly undeveloped trouble-spots like New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the United States, is open house to Italy's cast-offs, throwing benefit cheques, free housing and other aid to all-comers.

Unpopular as it was at the time to disagree with the BBC narrative of goodies (Kosovans) and baddies (Serbs), and heartbreaking as it was to watch The BBC/ITN coverage of the Yugaslavian Civil War and the sheer number of people on the border with Macedonia, we just should NOT have got involved. It was not our war. Moreover Kosovo had planted a lot of bombs in Serbia which the BBC neglected to mention and unlike The UK the Serbs would not turn the other cheek.
There were perhaps no goodies. It was a war between baddies, unforgiving vendetta driven tribal enemies revenging atrocities over many generations of hate. It was not our war.
Because we did get involved, the first mass wave of asylum seekers naturally sought out The UK (or rather England) and it was impossible to stop opportunist crooks and gangsters sliding in with those fleeing for their lives.
Now it should be an axiom of government that all wars we are involved in inevitably lead to a mass wave of asylum seekers to The UK and also hardened criminals disguised as asylum seekers join in the race to England.
Surely we would not in 2011 be so stupid to get involved in African Wars ?! PDT_Armataz_01_02

There can only be 100 million or so Africans desperate to move from poverty to England benefits.

Of course who now has the capacity in North Africa to stop mass movement up from South and Central Africa for a quick boat trip from Libyia or Tunisia to Cyprus, Crete, Malta, Italy, Sicily, Corsica, the small Greek islands, Spain, Ibiza, Majorca and Minorca ? If Gaddafi tried, we would bomb him.

Of course getting to any of The EU countries EQUALS getting to the UK. Only Ireland pays bigger welfare benefits than The UK. Where would any rational asylum seeker go - especially if they speak English ? The Irish have more land per person but the money there has run out ! The UK, at least outside Scotland and North Wales and maybe Cumbria, is full to the brim. It is a logistical problem of management of resources and space NOT lack of compassion which is bringing this to a head.

We can not import another fifty million people in two years.

We are literally bombing Africans and Asians (Afghanistan, Iraq) into moving to The UK.

Nice one Dave...nice one !! PDT_Armataz_02_20

Spot on, this is the example par excellence of the big lie.

We should never have got involved in the Yugaslavian Civil War and we really should not be involved in a North African Civil War.

Where next Angola ?
The Philipines ? Malaysia ?
The only British military involvement I support except direct defence of The UK is the defence of Israel: the only truly trustworthy ally there is.

Indeed.

We are all, all of us, going to have very great reason to be eternally grateful to Israel in the years to come.

I would like to thank them in advance on my sons behalf.

If they ever are in a position to need a donation they have one in the bank right here.

As we await our new citizens, it is well to hear what those who are already here have to say. They have a rather good web page.

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:

On 29th April 2011, what is probably one of the most anticipated events in recent years will be due to take place at Westminster Abbey; Prince William and Kate Middleton, will soon exchange matrimonial vows, in the presence of a global audience.

Unfortunately, Britain's continued interference in Muslim lands is showing no signs of abating; the plundering of resources, the murdering of innocent (Muslim) men, women and children and the forced indoctrination of the satanic democratic creed have become hallmarks of a brutal regime led by a very brutal dictator.

In the backdrop of all this, we find that one of the biggest advocates of British imperialism, Flight Lieutenant Prince William, wishes to enjoy an extravagant wedding ceremony, ironically at the expense of the tax-payer.

His direct involvement with the murderous British military and eagerness to inherit the reigns of a kingdom built on blood and colonialism clearly demonstrate what type of legacy he wishes to leave.

In light of this, sincere Muslims have decided to organise a forceful demonstration, to once again highlight that as long Britain continues in its quest to occupy Muslim land and wage war against the religion of God (Allah) that we too shall continue in our efforts to undermine their regime and condemn all of their representatives, military or otherwise.

We strongly advise Prince William and his Nazi sympathiser, to withdraw from the crusader British military and give up all affiliation to the tyrannical British Empire.

We promise that should they refuse, then the day which the nation has been dreaming of for so long will become a nightmare and that it will inshaa'allah (God willing) eclipse the protests in Barking, Downing Street and the events of November 11.

Do have a look at their web page

Club Med style. It not just Tunisians, its everywhere south as well, and its not migration, its invasion.
The project progressing nicely. Poor us.

It's quiz time.

1) What is the main religion of Libya (97%)?

2) Which religion allows up to 4 wives?

3) Which country in the EU pays benefits for up to 4 wives?*

* Polygamy is illegal in that country.

Without dealing with our membership of the EU, though, Dave can't do anything – and because he won't do anything about our membership, he won't do anything about this problem. And that, he will be finding in the fullness of time, isn't good enough.

Didn't Sarko round up and deport all those Roma a while back? And they are from EU member countries to boot, but "iron clad" Dave won't lift a finger to stop illegal migrants from another continent?

What the hell is going on here?

Firstly, it seems to me that the British political class is more detached from its electorate than in France. So, the major parties are three flavours but just one taste. We tend not to riot on the streets and vote for the least objectionable of the three stooges.

Secondly, it's struck me over the years that the greatest, most unquestioning, most enthusiastic supporters of the EU are British politicians and civil servants and they're ever keen to stand out as leading the way as far as their EU colleagues are concerned; they have a different tale for home consumption. They've had to trick, lie to and cajole an increasingly reluctant public. They've had to stick together to do it, despite their pretend differences. It is clear that they see the way the EU does things as the way things should be done, that's apart from all the sinecures and pensions it doles out. So, they're never going to wave two fingers to the EU the way other countries have done on a limited scale occasionally.

Sarko's got a presidential election he may well not only lose, but in which he could well come third ... with le Pen leading. All of a sudden, the man is interested in immigration.
