Dellers has discovered that, if you always keep a hold of Nurse, for fear of finding something worse, you find ... something worse.

James does not have to worry about this. A candles gutters & flares before it extinguishes itself. Nursey will get its just reward. I would not distinguish such a pillock with a male connection. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0526717/quotes

Blackadder: Get out, get out libidinous swine! And take that horse-slut painted strumpet with you, may you rot in the filth of your own fornication.
Queen Elizabeth I: And what did you say to him?
Blackadder: Nay Madame, I said nothing. I simply pulled up my tights and jumped out the privy window.
Queen Elizabeth I: Oh Edmund, you're so naughty!
Blackadder: Oh, I try, Madame. And ten minutes later when I get my breath back I try again.

Blackadder: Well, as you know, Madame, I've had experience of this dreadful situation. Only last year my aunt came to me to beg for help in the ransom of my Uncle Ozrick.
Lord Melchett: Well, did you know something of the dreadful pain involved?
Blackadder: Indeed I do. Then I can suggest no better answer than the one I gave to her.
Queen Elizabeth I: Which was?
Blackadder: Get stuffed.

As one of the contributors to the link to The Guardian wrote (paraphrasing) - "it's the BBC, silly - you can hardly expect a fair trial." Indeed so. Dellingpole should have recorded the discussion himself and used Youtube as necessary to ensure that he didn't get set up. He didn't so, hopefully, he'll learn a valuable lesson which he really should have already learnt.

This is proof of Christopher Booker's "Don't wrestle with chimney sweeps" rule.

Reading the comments in the Guardian article is like stepping into a parallel universe.
Example:

I don't want to appear too simple-minded, but haven't the deniers noticed that they all come from a very narrow political grouping, akin to a religious cult.

And that they have no specialist background whatsoever for proper scientific analysis .

Scientists, however, come from all political viewpoints, but nearly all of them have come to the conclusion that we are heading for serious trouble.

If I ever get diagnosed with cancer I will demand a second and possibly a third opinion…

It was quite funny last evening seeing a programme on, I think, channel 4, on the "Making of Britain". A Tony Robinson explained that we had an ice age 20 million years ago and another one before that and another one before that which shaped the countryside, leaving behind lochs and lakes and so forth during the warmer periods. One such warm period he said was "warmer than now but only by about 4 Degrees C, but they had exotic animals around. And then struggles to fall back on the "we are of course warming up now due to us and no one knows where it will end" meme.

James has the pen and the tongue to take on the BBC and the Nurse at the same time with spare time to comment the work of the parliamentary committee thats' going to de an inquiry into the winter transport fiasco when they are finished. This too will be a perfectly open and unbiased interview, I mean inquiry.

“Nullius in Verba” – “Take nobody’s word for it.

I say Bring it on.
