Listen to Marland if your stomach is strong enough.

It's not just a sick bag that is needed. After listening to what was said by marland and his lickspittles in the HoL, and reading what the racist turkish rep. said, with intent by the EU to erase it from official records, I am beginning to think that they have won and we have lost. The problem seems to be that there is nowhere to run to escape this evil. Even New Zealand is afflicted; all NZ lamb is halal.

One does wonder how many wind farms Marland has an interest in, or is he just trying to get his snout in the EU trough? It does show how far the "once the conservative party" has gone down the socialist road. I wish my income would stretch the way Patchuri's seems to, him not being paid for lying, at least according to the ignoble Lord. PDT_Armataz_01_19

Just did a quick ixquick search on Marland and this came up up.

He very accurately describes some of the classic Lloyds insurance scams in particular the Spiral one.......he seems very sound....why on earth would he believe/support AGW etc, unless under orders to.....sad.

Where's the connection to Denis Cooper? The link goes to a Guardian article by Nicholas Watt with no comment section.

He sent them a letter ... responding to the article ... as stated in the piece?

The complete inability of the Warmistis to understand what constitutes a logical argument is one of the recurring themes of their pronouncements.

For example, from the Grauniad piece:

Quote:
Rafael Cruz, a Greenpeace activist in Manaus ... said that ... [A]lthough it was too early to directly link the droughts to global warming (OK, drought not blamed on global warming), .....

... Cruz said such events were an alert about what could happen if action was not taken. The photographs ... show the face of climate change, that show the impact climate change could have on the 20 million people who live in the Amazon region.(OK, drought now immediately blamed on global warming).

Either the Greenpeace fellow is an idiot, or the Grauniad journo is an even bigger nimrod for constructing such an obviously contradictory story. But maybe the majority of their readers can't see the inconsistency, so from their point of view, it doesn't matter.

Marland: Nice tan...and the early appearance of last year's Remembrance Day Poppy, paid for by expenses, mayhap?......pure tumbrel-ware.
Puke-inducing indeed.
Sick too am I of the 'would the noble lord not agree with me'' planted questions....the self-serving, time-wasting prelude to a load of mendacious & self-congratulatory garbage.
Well, we lap it up or ignore it...and it behoves me to point out that either & both of these courses of action are disastrous.
We are sliding inexorably into a new Dark Ages.....(Laird, laird, we didn'a ken!)

Well, at least the Kermits (as is their age-old custom) actually take to the streets & inconvemience their fellow citoyen/nes...although it must be said that even they realise that one cannot live forever beyond one's means...thus the slow but inevitable collapse of the strike....that they are generally ignored these days is par for the course under a EUSSR regime for whom it's business as usual.
Britain needs a Tea Party, as does Germany & Holland.

I know what's happened to the "dried up Amazon river" mentioned in the Grauniad (linked) article - it's heading over to Blighty to wash away our railways:

Surely they will eventually run out of scare stories..............won't they????

Nah ... the believe in recycling. Some are on their fourth or fifth use, after having been reprocessed.

It's redolent of the open letter on climate change sent by Martin Rees (President of the Royal Society) and Anthony Giddens to "leading media sources in over 50 countries", which may have prompted it.

http://www.icenews.is/index.php/2010/10 ... ate-change.

Discussed on the Bishop Hill Blog

http://bishophill.squarespace.com/blog/ ... ience.html

There's no reason to link extreme weather events such as the Pakistan floods to climate change, but we can be certain that climate change will cause many more such events in the future. Right..... A bit like hurricanes what?

Interesting though, how the banners are in UKIP colours.

Hm, who is older, UKIP or the French union movement?

Excellent point, FU. I read your link. You are right about him being sound, and admirably so on the Lloyds fraudsters. The man is no fool. It is all quite mysterious. I see no other explanation than yours.

Unless, that is, he is pretty much one huge hypocrite and fraudster himself with his own finger in the AGW alarmist pie. But surely not? The idea doesn't sit well with me. So, orders it must be.

But again, by the same token, that isn't that much different from being an outright hypocrite and fraudster.

I'm having real difficulty here — this whole thing "does not compute". It's very odd indeed.

ADDED:
Is it really possible the man actually believes the AGW alarmist crap? It is certainly possible that, like many other otherwise intelligent people, he has no 'science sense'. So it could well be. Wow!

I miss Denis Cooper's comments. I wish he'd start posting here again.
