Course they have. The people supposedly entrusted with conserving the land are taking back handers from the energy companies, the planning door is open and and the Easter bunny will pay for it. It's a safe bet. The Scottish renewable sector is some of the dirtiest politics around.

Sod that, I am in the market for a late 1980's Cadillac Seville, £2,000 now and Caddy quality to boot - car for life so I am saving all that energy being put into building new ones. I shall feel very green as I squash a few eco bycilists on my way to work, while zoning out listening to the Stranglers on the 6 speaker CD with the air con on full blast and thanks to the ride quality, not even feeling the bump as I go over them.
