It looks as if the Navy will need some dummy ships & planes too, though that might tempt whosoever are our near-future enemies to train sharks & crocs in dummy ship-sinking tactics in response! Our new over-sized & over-costly carriers initially may have no aircraft of their own, & the amphibious vessels - giving us the ability to perform a sea-borne forced entry - may go too. Yet other non-essential expenditures by other departments presumably will remain. If this is so, the Lib/Cons will prove to be worse than Labour. Or is this all false flag propaganda?
